Shipping Policy

  • We will ship the product within 24 hours. There will be a slight delay in shipping during the festival season, public holidays, and sale periods.

  • Our products are shipped every day at 4:00 PM. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the following day.

  • We have partnered with a third-party vendor to ship the product to you. Depending on the service area of the above-mentioned partner, products can be delivered door-to-door. 

  • Products can be delivered depending on the location and courier partners availability and serviceability. Orders are expected to to be delivered with in 5 to 9 working days. Shipping links will be shared to the customer over email communication and customers are requested to reach our customer support team for any delay in delivery and we will work with our partners to resolve the issue.

  • Please call or Whatsapp our customer service at +91 90610 41498 with your order ID or mail us at info@roadmonks.com right after placing your order if you wish to choose the courier option. Order notes can also be added during the checkout process. 

  • In cases of non-availability of door delivery, you might have to collect the product from the nearest delivery area. The courier partner will get in touch with you regarding the same.

  • The delivery of the product depends on the delivery capacity of our third party partner. We will not be held responsible for any delays caused by them.

  • For international shipping, charges and other criteria may differ

Cancelation Policy

  • There may be certain orders that ROAD MONKS cannot accept and must reject. Road Monks reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or revoke any order. Some situations that may result in Your order being cancelled include, without limitation, non-availability of the product or quantities ordered by Your non-availability of the service, inaccuracies or errors in pricing information, or problems identified by ROAD MONKS. WE MAY ALSO REQUIRE ADDITIONAL VERIFICATIONS OR INFORMATION BEFORE ACCEPTING ANY ORDER. ROAD MONKS WILL CONTACT YOU IF YOUR ORDER IS REJECTED OR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED TO ACCEPT YOUR ORDER. If Your order is cancelled after Your credit card has been charged, the charge will be reversed. If the Customer or ROAD MONKS cancels the order after using a promo code, the promo code will not be refunded.

  • Cancellation by the User: In case of requests for order cancellations, ROAD MONKS reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason whatsoever. As part of usual business practice, if ROAD MONKS receives a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/approved by ROAD MONKS, ROAD MONKS shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount to You within 5 to 7 working days. ROAD MONKS will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed. ROAD MONKS has the full right to decide whether an order has been fulfilled or not. You agree not to dispute the decision made by ROAD MONKS and accept ROAD MONKS' decision regarding cancellation.

  • In cases where orders are classified as 'Bulk Orders' as determined by ROAD MONKS according to certain criteria, ROAD MONKS reserves the right to cancel those orders. In accordance with this cancellation policy, promo codes used to place a 'Bulk Order' will not be refunded.

  • An order can be classified as a 'Bulk Order' if it meets the below-mentioned criteria :

​

1. Ordered products are not for personal consumption, but for commercial resale

2. Placement of multiple orders for the same product at the same address

3. Orders are placed for bulk quantities of the same product

4. Invalid address given in order details

5. Any malpractice used to place the order

  • Should you wish to cancel after placing an order on our website, please do so immediately.

  • We cannot cancel an order once it has been processed by our warehouse. We can communicate your order to the warehouse for fulfillment in as quickly as half an hour, so act as soon as possible. In the event that an order cannot be processed, we reserve the right to turn it down. 

  • A sale is a promotional sale with offers or/and discounts. Cancellation is not possible for orders placed during a sale.

  • Please notify our customer service immediately if you receive damaged or faulty products. Upon checking and verifying your claim, they will initiate a refund/replacement.
